I'm Lisa Owen

Because “more” is not just about doing bigger things. It is about living from a deeper foundation, so your life and work can actually hold the woman you are becoming.

I am faith-led, and that shapes everything about how I live, lead, and support others. I believe success is strongest when it is built from identity, clarity, wisdom, and alignment—not pressure, striving, or performance.

I am also a wife and a mom of three, with children spanning from early elementary school to college. I know what it means to build something meaningful while also holding real life, real responsibilities, and the desire to stay grounded in what matters most.

Professionally, I bring both strategic depth and practical experience to this work. I earned my business degree from The University of Texas at Austin and spent more than 20 years as a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). My background includes work with a Fortune 100 company, a Big Four consulting firm, and several privately held companies, with a focus on operations, executive management, and helping complex work move forward with clarity and excellence.

What I bring to my clients is a unique blend of structure and discernment, vision and execution, faith and practical strategy. I know how to help women take big ideas, deep desires, and meaningful callings and turn them into something sustainable, ordered, and real.
